Soundsystem
This sculptural installation was created for a Shoebox LA, a portable 18" x 24" x 8" gallery curated by Sophia Allison and Paul Evans. Soundsystem ran for 3 hours outside Alias Books East in Atwater on December 10, 2011. A speaker and mini iPod system is built into Soundsystem. It runs a mix that includes Jamaican Dub, Ethiopian Jazz and Somali Funk.
